Improving your I.Q. (Image Quotient)

Experts agree that we only have 7 seconds to make a good impression when meeting someone for the first time. This hardly gives us time to showcase our college transcript or present a resume outlining our achievements along with a list of satisfied clients and employers.  In this session you will learn a variety of verbal and non verbal factors that communicate volumes about you.  Eye contact, proper handshakes, effective introductions, posture, voice and diction are just some of the areas we will cover to help you improve your Image Quotient.

Finessing the Business Meal/Dine Like a Diplomat

Job interviews and contract negotiations are often conducted during a meal.  Dining with ease and proper skills are critical to good business and social relationships.  In this session you will learn dining skills that will give you the confidence to enjoy any business meal whether it is a sit down occasion, a reception or a special invitation to your boss' home.  Topics include seating, understanding your place setting and silverware, zig-zag and continental styles of dining, toasting and much more.

Effective Networking

Companies are looking for people who can network effectively and adapt to a variety of business and social situations.  This session will help you overcome the fear of making an entrance, introducing yourself and others, business card protocol, eye contact, handshaking, remembering names, pulling away from non-productive situations and how to improve your conversational skills. After this session, every reception and encounter will be a productive networking experience.
